Blueberry Mango Popsicles

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe mango, cut into chunks (size doesn't matter too much, since we're going to blending everything together soon)
  • ⅓ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 container of Greek Yogurt (I used blueberries)
  • 6 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Cut mangoes into chunks. Add mangoes chunks, blueberries, yogurt, and ice cubes into blender and puree.
  2. Pour pureed fruit-yogurt mixture into 3 ounce paper cups and place in the freezer. After about 30 minutes, add popsicle sticks and return to freezer until frozen through (about 2 hours).
  3. When ready to eat, simply rip paper cup off. If any of the paper cup sticks to the popsicle, rinse under cold water for a couple of seconds to remove paper.
