It really doesn’t melt – I promise! One time, I had a bag hanging over the side of the pot and the plastic touching the outside of the pan started to melt to the pot. Otherwise, the bags in the water are totally fine. Also, I’d definitely recommend using freezer bags, since they are thicker.

Enjoy! My kids seriously loved it, and despite the fact that they do look a little funny, they tasted so good. I mostly loved that I didn’t have to cook the omelets one at a time for everyone…ending in a big, stuck-to-the-pan egg mess!
