How could I have forgotten about butterscotch bars???!!! I’m a huge fan of cookie with butterscotch chips, and bars are even better. Oh boy, guess what I’m going to be making – soon! Great recipe that has all the extra fun things marshmallows and graham crackers!!

Butterscotch chips make a great addition to cookies. Oatmeal Scotchies are good even though oatmeal cookies themselves are somewhat lacking. It looks like I will need to head out and pick up some marshmallows so we can try this recipe.

In reply to Southern Angel. Butterscotch chips can be found right next to chocolate chips (sorry, I had a typo and added the location hint in the recipe for people who haven't cooked with butterscotch chips before). :)
