Hmm. Our Cafe Rio&#039;s dressing is very thin...maybe it&#039;s just a difference in how your restaurant makes theirs? My daughter used to work at Cafe Rio and knows the recipe they use in house and said that this is very similar to what they do (she worked there long after I posted this recipe, incidentally, so I didn&#039;t get it FROM the restaurant). Anyway, if you want yours thicker, I would reduce the amount of milk and/or increase the amount of sour cream until you&#039;re happy with it. Hope that helps!]]></description>
