I’m not sure about the cost per batch, but I got most of the ingredients (the ones that weren’t already on my shelf) on Amazon in bulk, so it really wasn’t bad at all.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting it to solidify! Mine definitely was solid and whipped well. I really don’t know what would have made it stay liquid, unless it was too warm or the ingredients were different than what I used.

Any chance you got it to whip up? I had it going g for over 30 min in a stand mixer and no luck. AFTER I let it set for over 4 hours on the counter.

Did yours ever solidify? Mine’s been in the fridge for 1-1/2 hours and it’s just liquid still. Wondering where I went wrong.

I bet if you left it out of this recipe altogether, it would just be a little runnier and maybe harder to whip, but it would still work!

It’s possible that it’s too warm. Maybe try to stick it in the refrigerator for a few minutes and then try whipping?

I’ve been to Hershey many times and I imagine the spa was delightful!
