Excellent, easy,and enticing. I never follow recipes as directed and always try to change things up a little. I didn’t change a thing on this one and was totally blown away. The pork was so tender and the flavor authentic. We will definitely be cooking this again.

The pictures were enticing and then I read the recipe. YUM! The marinade and the onions/garlic is what I really like.

I have never had Cuban pork chops before but they sure do look good. I do like pork chops but don’t make them to often for the lack of what to do with them. Will have to try this recipe.

I make these about every 2 weeks (I’m Cuban) and they are my favorite way to eat porkchops!!
