No-Cook Overnight Strawberry Protein Oatmeal
Serves: 1
  • ½ cup dry oats
  • ½ cup Bolthouse Farms Strawberry Protein PLUS
  • 1 Tbls vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Berries, optional
  • 8 oz wide mouth mason jar
  1. Add oats to mason jar. Stir in chia seeds and protein powder. Add berries (I used a frozen blueberries, but blackberries, strawberries, or raspberries would be delicious too!)
  2. Slowly pour ½ cup Bolthouse Farms Strawberry Protein PLUS on top and stir (I needed to stir the mixture a few times between pouring to make "room" for the smoothie).
  3. Place the lid on the jar and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. The next morning, you can eat it cold, right out of the jar or heat it up in the microwave (just remember to remove the lid first!).
