2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cut into bite-sized pieces
⅓ cup of Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute, then add the chicken broth and let that cook for about 3 minutes. Add the cream and cook for an additional minute.
Add the cooked, drained pasta, chicken and Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper (to taste) and stir. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese over pasta to serve.
