This is definitely a different salad than what I’m used but it looks delicious. I have never used kale before.

This looks so good! I love Kale and apples would make it a little sweet and crispy. It’s a very creative potato salad that would be perfect for Memorial Day!

This potato salad looks scrumptious – I had just tried whole foods mayo, and it is so watery, never again – I’m going back to my miracle whip!!! nice combo of ingredients, I want to try making this for the holidays!
