					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve always loved the idea of hosting an au pair (but our lack of a guest room has always stopped us...he or she would need their own space). I&#039;m glad to see the benefits highlighted here; there ARE alternatives to traditional classroom-type daycare (and its cost!).
