Which ingredients do you not have in the UK? I can try to help with substitutes – it may be that the ingredients are just called something different in the UK. They all seem like very basic dessert ingredients here. ;)

Can anyone tell me what I can use to make it please?

Do you take the cream out of the cookies? Or crush all together?!

Also, keeping the pan smaller would mean the crust would have a better chance of sticking together once chilled.

At the risk of sounding as if I’m saying “So what’s the big deal?,” five kids isn’t that extraordinary; my minister and his wife have SEVEN children, all biological (none adopted, though they were going to adopt three right after their 7th baby was born). That bizarre family formerly on TV whose one son has since been found to be a sex predator had, what? Nineteen kids? Now THAT is going overboard by any standards, even back in pioneer days.

So you crush 16 cookies, cream and all for the base? or do you mix the cream in with the cream cheese?
