$25 Safeway Giftcard + Fiber One Giveaway

I have never tried to hide the fact that I have a sweet tooth. In fact, I embrace it on my blog and at home. Sweet is my flavor.

BUT.

I am also conscious of what I eat and try to find sweet things that can satisfy my craving and are not simply empty calories to pile on my hips and stomach. Somewhere in the middle of my 12-week Budget Bootcamp, I found a coupon for Fiber One Oats and Chocolate chewy bars and figured I’d give them a try.

Fiber One BarsFrom the first bite, I was hooked. So were KitKat and AJ (you see which of my children have good taste now). Not only did the bars immediately satisfy my sweet tooth, but I was pleased to learn that they are a good source of calcium and contain 9 grams of fiber in each bar. Plus, each serving of their cereals or bars have at least 35% of your daily value of fiber.

I now buy Fiber One bars every time I go to the grocery store. Last trip, I picked up a box of Fiber One cereal, too. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.
