Two days in a row??

We met up with more friends today to enjoy the weather. This time, we took a walk around a little lake and fed bread to ducks and geese. Before we left the house, Apple said to me, “Mom, I need to bring a piece of bread.” I thought that was a strange request (why not a sandwich??) until we got to the lake. He wasn’t bringing bread for himself….he was thinking of the ducks! Smart guy remembered the name of the park and knew he wanted to be prepared this time (it’s not quite as fun to watch OTHER people feeding the birds!) Apple and Lexi enjoyed feeding the ducks and were loving the chance to run around.

Apple tried helping Lexi down the bridge (the end was quite steep and Lexi was determined to try it until she got it right!)
