What I’m doing with my hobby….

Because a few of you have asked…..

I have submitted a few of my photos to some photo contests on a great site called photrade. Granted, I have such a small chance of winning, because there are so many amazing photographers around. But it is fun to get some feedback and maybe a little recognition. My most recent entry is the most exciting to me. I entered the sunrise rowing picture from the other day in a contest (theme–people and animals interacting with nature). They are going to pick 4 people to attend a photography workshop in Yosemite with 4 professional photographers. The prize is loaded–$1000s in photography equipment, plus a full expense paid trip and one-on-one learning with pros. You DO have to sign up for a free account to vote, but if you don’t mind that stuff, I’d love for some votes and comments (I think the winners are picked by pro judges, but it doesn’t hurt to be recognized). PS–act like you don’t know me. :)

Thanks in advance! This hobby wouldn’t be half as fun if I didn’t have all you guys to share it with.
