Phew! I’ve had quite the week. The past seven days have been a true WHIRLWIND of excitement. First, I flew to San Diego, where I stayed with my brother and sister in law and drove from San Diego to LA-area not once but twice to shop the LuLaRoe Warehouse. Then on Wednesday, I started the #HanSoloEvent (I’m sure you’ve noticed my posts about that…and believe me, more are coming!). I returned Sunday morning after a red eye flight across the country. I’m exhausted but exhilarated after such an action-packed week.
And now it’s time for another addition of Delicious Dishes. We’re featuring strawberry recipes, and I think that each of these recipes is simply perfect!

We just had some yummy strawberries, it would be nice to make the Mascarpone Cheesecake with Balsamic Strawberries from That Skinny Chick Can Bake.
We love strawberries. These are some wonderful recipes. I really like strawberry lemonade. I never thought to use mint in it.
