Another week of menu planning! I can’t use the holidays as an excuse not to plan meals for another week. Here are the meals I’ve got scheduled for this week. I’ve included the recipes on my new recipe blog, with links below (pictures will be added as I make them this week). Enjoy!
**Breakfast for dinner (I’ve included 2 of our favorite breakfast main dishes. We always add bacon, eggs, fruit, etc. Yeah, really healthy, I know!)
**Popover Chicken with Mushroom sauce
**Tacos! (no recipe needed, really. We just fill pre-made taco shells with seasoned ground beef and onion, heat in the oven with cheese, and top with anything that suits our fancy!) Easy-peasy…and yummy!
Yes, I’m in the mood for soup. Two soups in one week! What can I say, we love soup around here.
