I watched this video for the first time sitting in a room with more than a dozen mothers. Some had babies, others toddlers. A few of us had older kids and teens, and there were a few with children who had grown. Every one of us could relate with the mom at the beginning of this video. There are two things comforting about this: 1) I am not alone in my struggles (the long hours, the tantrums, the frustrations) and 2) every hour, every struggle is worth it. Even if you are not religious, the message that what we are doing as mothers is worth every effort is reason enough to watch this video.
Have a happy Sunday. Hug your kids today!
