It’s true confessions time.
Every time I go to the dentist – every single time – my dentist says that I should probably floss my teeth more often. I hate hearing those words. Why? Because they are true. I am an avid tooth brusher….that’s not a problem. I rarely have cavities (I’ve had one since I was a teen). But flossing is something I could do better about.
So we’ve established that I probably don’t floss as often as I should. And then, when I do floss, I have another bad habit: I floss the teeth that are the easiest to reach or those that have food stuck in them. And I’m never sure that it’s even doing anything for me.
So these past couple of weeks have been a tooth revolution for me. I started using the Waterpik® Ultra Water Flosser and have fallen in love. I’ve been walking around running my tongue across my teeth because they feel SO clean. I am actually looking forward to my next visit to the dentist to hear what she has to say. I think she is going to LOVE me.

Sounds awesome! I always here I need to floss more too. I’ve been better lately than I have been in the past but probably not good enough for a dentist.

Loooove that fresh-from-the-dentist clean feeling (without the dentist – even better)!
