Ok–so everything escalated to the point where I really feared that my head was going to explode. Getting ready for the holidays is often hectic enough. Thank goodness we’re having a low-key Christmas and my shopping was done early! Throw in a challenging and very busy calling plus a week-long cruise, and WOW! What a month it has been! I am anxiously awaiting boarding that plane to Miami on Friday because at that point, nothing more CAN be done. Until then, though, I’m going to be running like crazy. I celebrated printing out my last “have-to” Primary list (yeah!!) by stopping by my blog. This will probably be my last update before we get back from our cruise. Then it’s Kimberly’s birthday and Christmas and a week at home with the kids. Maybe after I’m gone for a week, we’ll all appreciate the extra time together after Christmas a little bit more than usual.
My Mother in Law visted us this weekend from Florida, and we were able to supply her with the first snowfall of the season. Everyone loved the snow! Here are Reese and Apple playing outside while the snow was falling.
Our Christmas cards will probably be mailed out after we get back…it’s just one of those things that is “almost” done, but hasn’t quite made it on the top of the priority list. I was so hopeful that they’d be out already….Life goes on, right?!
Merry Christmas, everyone!
