It’s hard to believe we’ve reached the end of summer! I don’t know about you, but we aren’t ready to let summer go without a little bit of a fight…or a party. Yes, I think a party is exactly what the end of summer calls for! Luckily, Labor Day is the perfect occasion for a party and this recipe for creamy spinach and artichoke dip made with smooth, creamy, and tangy MIRACLE WHIP is the ideal recipe for wrapping up the summer.

I LOVE spinach and artichoke dips, but this sweet and spicy version was unique from any other dip that I’ve had before. None of us could stop eating it! The addition of chipotle peppers gave it just enough spice and the MIRACLE WHIP added just the right amount of zing. It’s a must-try!
MIRACLE WHIP and Proud of It
MIRACLE WHIP CREAMY SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP
PREP TIME: 25 min.
TOTAL TIME: 1hr. 45 min.
MAKES: 32 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
WHAT YOU NEED
1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and well drained
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 green onions thinly sliced
3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
MAKE IT
COMBINE ingredients.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until chilled.

I love this, I make it all of the time though being lazy (and from Louisiana) I use Tabasco instead of the peppers.
