Yesterday was not only the official start of summer, but the official start of OUR summer vacation! It felt like it would never get here!

Summer means lots of late afternoons and evenings at the pool and hurried dinners. I wish we could eat cold salads from our home-grown garden veggies and sip flavored lemonades all summer. Instead, I’ll drool over the latest recipes linked up to our Delicious Dishes recipe party.
