I’m a little late getting started on this, but here is my meal plan for the week:
Pot Roast with mashed potatoes, carrots, and gravy (I cook whole potatoes, carrots, onion, and a roast in the crock pot, seasoned with lots of spices. After cooking, I peel and mash the potatoes for some very flavorful mashed potatoes)
Quesadillas and salad
