Sunday surprise!

I know I promised to continue my notes from Education Week…and I promise I will come back to those. But, today we got a big, exciting surprise! Actually, truthfully, I found out about the surprise on Thursday night, and I kept it a SECRET that Grandma (aka–my MOM) was flying into town to stay with my sister in VA. She completely floored my kids when she was talking on the phone with them tonight and then rang the doorbell. Grandma’s here!! I wish I had been here to see their reactions. I heard that KitKat screamed for 15 minutes straight. I was at choir practice when she showed up. Anyway, it’s been a busy day and a busy night, and a busy day ahead of us tomorrow spending time with Grandma. I love my mom!
