Although it is exhausting, cooking a huge Thanksgiving dinner for family and friends is something that I look forward to all year long.
I do enjoy the turkey, but it’s really the side dishes and desserts that MAKE the feast. Our Thanksgiving sides have changed as our family has gotten older. Now, we tend to serve Brussels sprouts with bacon and candied yams (which I never liked before!) versus stuffing and green beans. Shocker, I know.
What are your favorite side dishes to serve (and eat!) on Thanksgiving?
