At the beginning of December, I printed 200 family pictures for the Christmas cards. They turned out dark, but I was not about to make another 2 trips to Costco to have them re-done. So I sat on them, thinking all the while of what I would say and how I would design this year’s Christmas cards. I typed a few things up. Even printed them to see how they looked. CandyMan shrugged and said, “ehh…” and I would try again. For some reason this year I was completely uninspired when it came to the Christmas cards. This would have been the perfect year for a photo card, but I already printed 200 pictures!! So as a last effort, I decided to buy up a bunch of Christmas card boxes from the after-Christmas sales, stick the pictures in, and mail the cards off with a Happy New Year wish. Guess I was too late. I bought WalMart’s last two boxes of cards, and Target was completely out! Now what?
Do I …..1) try again on the newsletter write-up, 2) can the Christmas card thing altogether this year and keep the 200 pictures, 3) send Happy Valentines cards?? My mom suggested getting pretty scrapboook paper and gluing the picture to the paper along with Merry Christmas/Happy New Year…..but do I really want to cut and glue that many photos/cards?
Help?
