Hi guys! This week has been a literal whirlwind! We decided at the end of last week that I will be homeschooling my 10th grader starting immediately. Obviously, starting a homeschool program, even if the curriculum is already established, is a huge deal, but I’m so excited about it (mostly because we both felt like this was the right move to make for our situation). So…wish us luck as we transition to our new way of doing school!
This week’s theme is family-favorite casserole recipes. I think a few of these recipes might even persuade me to make a casserole. lol

That tater tot casserole looks amazing, but I have a bad feeling mine wouldn’t turn out nearly as nicely if I were to try to make it… But I suppose I’ll never know unless I try :)
