Bliss on a Bush

First of all, please excuse Necco’s nails. I have since made her cut them. Long nails, park play, and berry picking are not a good mix.

The other night, Necco and Reese were begging for a picnic. Why not? I packed up the entire dinner (Black Eyed Peas and Tomatoes with Sweet Corn Cake. Not the ideal picnic food, but oh well!) and headed to a new-to-us park. As we were eating, we noticed some bushes. After dinner, we left the park with 3 cups of wild raspberries. Free. The best kind. The kids were in heaven.
