Cars 2 is coming to theaters in just a few days – on June 24, 2011 – and we can’t wait!

Cars is one of our favorite family movies of all time. We saw it together in the theater and we’ve watched it hundreds of times at home on DVD.

I’ve been hoping for a Cars 2 since the first movie was out…..and I can’t wait to see what the sequel is all about.

Cars 2 Synopsis


When star racecar Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) and the incomparable tow truck Mater (voice of Larry the Cable Guy) head overseas to compete in the first-ever World Grand Prix, Mater gets caught up in an intriguing adventure of his own: international espionage!

Disney/Pixar has created an awesome activity pack for kids so that everyone can get ready for the new flick! These include Mazes, Soap Box Dragster Activities, T-shirt Designs, a Radiator Springs Play Set and much, much more!

  47. I am most excited to see my kids faces in the movie theater. They have loved Cars since the begining. Anything Cars related gets them excited! Thank you so much for the activities!!! They will love these too! We just think Cars is one of the best kids movies ever. Gets them so engulfed in that world. I have used Cars to teach them ABC’s, numbers, colors, etc.

  59. My son and I have been looking forward to this for almost a year! Cars is a movie we enjoy watching together. Seeing Lightning’s new adventures is one thing we are looking forward to. Plus, we plan to make this a special Mommy and me day with lunch at our favorite restaurant, the movie and then a special treat afterward. We are excited about going!

  81. I loved the original Cars movie, it’s the only movie that I can watch over and over with my kids! I can’t wait to see the new movie!

  84. Oh my goodness, we absolutely LOVE Cars in this house! The boys’ room is completely decorated with Cars stuff…and I’m sure we’ve seen the movie about 500 times (with no exaggeration!)

    We’re looking forward to just seeing Cars 2 in the theater because my kids were too young to see the 1st one in the theater. Burke gets a HUGE grin on his face whenever we mention going to see it. :)
