Could this be it….???

And what is IT, you ask? ………..Apple is wearing underwear today!! And he has gone potty on the toilet 3 times this afternoon, and had one accident. This is very unexpected. I bought Apple some big boy underwear today and he loved them SO much he has wanted to wear them ever since. Woohoo!

Since I don’t have any potty training pictures to share, here are a few pics from the last few days. First, Apple and I spent the afternoon the other day hanging out with “Baby Lexi” (that’s what Apple calls here–she’s not just Lexi to him!) and her mom, Melissa. Lis and I are both interested in figuring out our cameras (we have the same one) and so we’re working on it together. Apple had fun playing and killing ants. And despite Melissa’s worry that he’d have to play with all of Lexi’s pink toys, I assure you that Apple didn’t care one bit! He’s got 3 older sisters, after all!

Later that day, I caught a few shots of Taco climbing some trees. Thank goodness for some nice weather this week!!

Yesterday, I brought my camera to the park again for our after-school chill time. The other moms at the park must think I’m a little wacko carrying my camera around my neck all the time. Reese called her cousin, “Ma-Nessa” while she was at the park. She was running away from me so that I wouldn’t take her picture, but I managed to snap a quick one or two.

Whee!

Apple was so intent on climbing on the top of the slide. That’s what happens when he watches his big brothers and sisters play…

Back at home, Apple got into the paints that the girls left out, and ended up looking like he was turning into the Incredible Hulk. Bath time!!

I’ll update everyone about Andrew’s progress….Cross your fingers for me! I would be SO happy if this was really IT. THE END OF DIAPERS FOREVER!!
