The dentist scares me.
I haven’t had a cavity since I was a kid, and so far only one of my own children has ever had a cavity. By all accounts, we’ve got pretty good dental health. And yet, I am scared to go to the dentist.
Even taking my kids to the dentist makes me nervous, fearing somehow that the dentist will judge me a bad mother for not taking good enough care of my childrens’ teeth. I still take them, breathing a sigh of relief when I get another “all looks good” from the dentist.
I was taught as a child to brush twice a day. I did it…most of the time. I didn’t use mouthwash until I was an adult, and credit my mother in law, who bought a bottle of mouth wash while she was visiting our house years ago and left it under the sink when she returned home. I started using it –why not?– and surprisingly became hooked. I’ve been using it every since. So when I heard of the Crest Pro-Health blogger test drive, I signed up.
For approximately a month, I will be using the new Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse twice a day and will report back at the end of the month. KitKat, my 13 year old, is joining me in the challenge.
Here are some facts about Crest Pro-Health Complete:

My goal at the end of this tour is to get up the nerve to make an appointment to go into the dentist. With confidence that my teeth are healthy.
