Instant Pot Recipes – a Delicious Dishes Recipe Party Collection

It is good to be back to our normal routine with Delicious Dishes…and yet it still feels awkward to be writing this week’s post without Aly here (see last week’s post if you missed the sad news).

I have to say, though, that Instant Pot recipes are my current passion. I use my Instant Pot to make dinner at least twice a week. There’s not a weekly menu plan that does not include something cooked in the Instant Pot, whether it be a simple beef stew or a favorite soup recipe, or a quick chicken-with-sauce-over-rice.
