Mom’s Night Out With Hannah Keeley

Thursday, November 11, 2010 by Lolli 13 Comments

When it rains, it pours around these parts. Not only am I getting ready to fly out of the country in a few days, but this week has been filled with tons of excitement. From hanging out with blogging friends and having a personal concert from Chris Mann on Monday to spending several hours in the ER after Reese ran into a school district work vehicle on the way to school…..It has been exciting.

Yes, in case you missed the tweets on Tuesday, Reese required a trip to the ER and needed her “head glued back together” (Yay for dermabond and no stitches!) after walking into a shelf sticking out of a school van. Lots of blood, and lots of time I wasn’t planning on spending at the hospital on Tuesday. I was completely pooped by the end of the day.

Even so, on Tuesday night my friend Safire and I drove down to Georgetown for a Mom Blogger’s Club Mom’s Night Out with Bounce and Hannah Keeley. The {virgin} drinks were yummy, the free massages were heavenly (I really need one of those every week), and the company was fantastic as usual. I am looking forward to trying out the new Bounce dryer bars (yummy smelling clothes make me happy). I was especially excited to meet my friend Jennifer James of Mom Blogger’s Club. And I was excited to hear Hannah Keeley mention all of her tips for managing a house full of kids….we were doing everything already. Woot!

Best of all? Safire, Angie, and I stopped in at Georgetown Cupcake for a delectible dessert of gourmet cupcakes after the party. And we only got lost a little on the way home.
