I am ready to get back into the groove this week, with the kids back in school and me back on a schedule. Last night KitKat made yummy **banana bread**, so I though I’d pass that recipe on, too. For our meals this week, we are carrying over the **Popover Chicken** that never made it to the table last week. That’s what we’ll be eating tonight. For the rest of the week, we have….
**Necco’s famous Spaghetti Pie** (the one she perfected on her own and begs to cook all the time)
**Shepherd’s Pie** (KitKat has been begging to have this again ever since the day after we made it in November)
**Tortilla de Papas** (a friend of ours from Argentina showed CandyMan how to make this dish while I was away a few summers ago. There is no official recipe. It consists of lots of potatoes and eggs, spices, and Parmesan cheese, cooked together in a large saucepan. Almost like a potato omlette. My goal this week: watch CandyMan closely and write down the steps as he cooks, even if it is different every time we cook it. It is definitely a recipe worth recording and sharing!
