ABC’s summer-time drama, Mistresses, is back with last week’s season 2 premiere and tonight’s follow-up with episode 2, Boundaries! Although Mistresses is not a show that I watch, it was still so much fun to meet a few of the actors from the show, tour the set, meet and chat with costume designer Roemehl Hawkins (see last week’s post for pics of the costumes and meeting Jason George!), and even watch while a few of the actors filmed a scene from one of the upcoming Mistresses Season 2 episodes.
On Location in April’s shop, Maison Sur Mer
My favorite set to visit was April’s shop, Maison Sur Mer. It was filled with gorgeous knick knacks and I could have spent hours there, browsing fun things for my home and kitchen.

On Location in Culver City
After touring the ABC studios, we heading all the way to Culver City, California, where a camera crew had taken over a real house in a real neighborhood an upcoming Mistresses Season 2 episode.
Jes Macallan (Joss) and Justin Hartley (Scott, new to Season 2) met us outside to chat. Jes and Justin were incredibly down-to-earth and friendly, acting more like we were just a bunch of friends coming to visit instead of a group of bloggers and fans with their smart phones and cameras clicking away.

Justin was so charming that when he asked us to sing Happy Birthday to him (despite his birthday being nowhere near that day), we started singing right away. That elicited a good laugh from Jes.
When the actors were called in to shoot the scene, we were able to watch from the garage (way more exciting than it may sound!). While we weren’t allowed to take photos of the scene while they were shooting, I caught plenty of fun candids of Jes and Justin before they headed inside. Justin was even gracious enough to take a picture with me. Jes was called in before I had time to get a picture with her, but we actually chatted about it after I’d left on twitter, and she promised that we’d get a picture together…”next time.”

April throws caution to the wind and begins a blissful affair with handsome artist Daniel Zamora (guest star Ricky Whittle). Meanwhile, Joss and Harry seem to clash over everything when they’re hired to throw a lavish party for a wealthy housewife (guest star Krista Allen). Savi returns to the firm and bristles at sharing an office with stunning new attorney Antonia Ruiz (guest star Rebeka Montoya), who appears to have no sense of personal boundaries. Karen faces some ghosts from her past when she’s called upon to testify at Elizabeth Grey’s parole hearing, on “Mistresses” MONDAY, JUNE 9 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. Penelope Ann Miller guest stars as Elizabeth Grey.
“Mistresses” stars Alyssa Milano as Savannah (“Savi”) Davis, Yunjin Kim as Karen Kim, Rochelle Aytes as April Malloy, Jes Macallan as Josslyn Carver, Brett Tucker as Harry Davis and Jason George as Dominic Taylor.
“Boundaries” guest stars Krista Allen as Janine Winterbaum, Ricky Whittle as Daniel Zamora, Rebeka Montoya as Antonia Ruiz, William Ragsdale as Dr. Blakeley, Rudolf Martin as Andre Breitling, Lauren McKnight as Brynn, and Catherine Haena Kim as Anna Choi.
