I’ve blogged *a few* times about my trip to San Francisco last week. I apologize for creating another post about it. The trip and the pictures were just too much fun for a single post. (Plus, honestly, it has taken me all week to get through all of the pictures from my memory card.)
If this week hadn’t been such a downer, I might have gotten out and taken some new photos. This week has been one of those “Can I just stay in bed and avoid LIFE?” kind of weeks. I feel like I have no right to be feeling down after 3 days in sunny California and a week of Spring-like weather in Maryland.
So that’s why I’m revisiting the wonders of last week’s trip. It makes me feel happy.
I hope you’ll join in this week’s meme. Share a favorite picture from the week. It’s simple!

Don’t tempt me!!
Gorgeous, gorgeous pictures! I wish I had half your talent!
I’m really far behind on my Reader, so I’m so glad that you posted these pics! Looks like you had an amazing time.
P.S. I still love the photo effect.
Heck, Yeah! I’d love to come to Charlotte! Pay for my gas and I’ll come take family pictures for you, too. :)
OMG you are amazing, can you come to Charlotte?!?! I’d love to see a post (unless I missed it somehow) on how you got started with photography and your photography story. :)
Those photos are gorgeous! I can see why you want to revisit them. I love the shot of the bridge behind the viewer. What a great shot!
I’ve always wanted to visit San Fran…and photos like those only make me think so even more! Lovely!
You really should go back! I bet it wouldn’t be too hard to convince your husband if he likes it so much. :)
I wish I had had more time, too! It was fun seeing your “view” of your San Francisco trip, too!
I hope you can make it. Just FYI–Spring is an amazing time in San Francisco!
I wish I had more time on my San Francisco trip last week to sight see more. The pictures are beautiful. I just loved the area!
Thank you! I love being a little more “artistic” with non people photos. :)
Ohhh, you make me want to go to SanFran! Maybe next year!
Thanks for joining in!! Yes, California was sunny and clear even for California (Winter) standards. It was a blessing!
You know, some weeks are just crummy. I know it won’t last forever. :) The trip to California really was incredible. I’m glad I have that to think about this week!
Love these photos. It’s been years since I’ve been to San Fran. It’s one of my husband’s favorite cities so we should go back soon for a visit.
So good!!
These are stunning!
The pictures are absolutely stunning!
Hi! I am new to your blog and I joined your meme. I have to say I really enjoyed these photos, seems like you had a lot of sun there (unlinke me here in Italy). :))
Have a god Friday!
Mira
Sorry to hear you’ve had a rough week.
That’s why God blessed us with a memory.
I envy you for your California trip — San Francisco is one of the prettiest places I’ve ever been.
I hope things look up from here on out.
Oooh! Enjoy your visit with your cousin! I stopped by to visit my cousin while I was out there, too!
Ok, if BOTH of you say it, then I must be ok. :) Thanks, friend!
Sometimes after-trip let-down is a bear (though I really don’t think that’s the culprit). I look forward to sleeping in on Saturday, that’s for sure! Thanks about the shot. :)
Lovely photos.
I am from Chicago but I enjoy going to SFO to visit my cousin. In fact, I’m here for 2 weeks – wooohoo!
Thank, Jen! :)
These shots are just fantastic! You are so so talented.
I agree w/ Cecily, these shots are so awesome you HAVE to share them :)
LOVE the first shot! It is lovely! Sorry you have had such a stressful week after our trip. The beginning of the week was that way for me–I figured they were my “catching up” days!
I totally love all your San Fran photos, they are beautiful. :)
Thanks for the support, my friend! And tell Gracie that I agree with her. I didn’t see it that way at first, but it’s totally true! That picture has become one of my favorites of the trip, even though I thought it was boring at first. LOL
Honestly, with shots like those, I say keep posting them!! Gracie took one look at your viewfinder shot (which I love, by the way) and said “It looks like a person!”
Feel better, my friend. And call me if you need to chat. :)
