I drove up to my sister’s house again today, and after we put the kids to bed, we sneaked out of the house for a fun girls night out.
My sister lives down the street from Hershey Park and she knows the super awesome park secret (you can get into the park for free after 9:30 pm).
We rode three rides (including the carousel), carried no purses, pushed no strollers, and laughed like teenagers.
And the kids totally thought we were at the grocery store.

I’m so stinkin’ late to WW, but I made it nonetheless. lol I smiled while reading this in my email. How great that you were able to run off and spend time with your sister. Makes me wish that I had a sister. :(

Good for you! It’s nice to take a little bit of time for ourselves, especially when the kids are asleep! My 4 sisters, mom, and I have snuck out and gone to a late movie, or shopping. Now I live halfway across the country from them, and I miss that!

That sounds wonderful. My sister lives 8.5 hours away from me. =( I wish we could do stuff like that.

We didn’t have enough time to feel guilty. We only had time for 3 rides before the park closed. I did feel a little bad when I got a text from my 8 year old saying that my 6 year old was sad and wondered when we were going to be coming home.
I’d LOVE to be able to go to Disney with a bunch of bloggers!!

I love those pictures – they’re even better because you don’t have make up on!!
I went to Disneyland with some bloggers last week – no kids – and had just as much fun!!! I felt a little guilty, though… did you?

Sounds like so much fun! My kids go to bed at 8 p.m. and I love to go out by myself or with friends after they are asleep! Or I just hang out with the hubby… alone!

Sneaking out with your sister in itself means fun, but the fact that you got to go to an amusement kid-free totally ROCKS!
