Being a soccer mom is hard work. Especially when three kids are on sports teams at the same time. Three nights a week, we’ve got practices, and then on Saturdays…you can find me sitting on the sidelines for hours, cheering our team and snapping pictures of my favorite players.

After each game, I can count on my kids being hungry. Heck, it seems like they are hungry ALL the time – when they wake up, when they get home from school, 10 minutes before they are supposed to go to bed.
