Hi guys!
I love peppermint, especially during the holidays. So I was shocked when I realized I didn’t have any peppermint recipes on my blog (although I do have peppermint play dough and peppermint bath bombs, neither of which I’d recommend eating…).
Obviously I’m going to need to fix that right away.

A friend just brought us a plate of fudgy mint cookies just like Laura’s favorite recipe, except there was a thin mint cookie in the middle. Yum!
