Sometimes I get really spoiled with a houseful of teenagers.
Yes, I really did just say that.
Yesterday, my 14-year-old whipped up a beautiful (and very tasty) pumpkin roll with cream cheese-Cool Whip filling. It was scrumptious. There is something absolutely amazing about fall baking. It doesn’t get any better than this!
Note: if I hadn’t been feeling so awful while she was making tonight’s pumpkin roll, I would have shadowed her and taken pictures along the way to revamp the recipe post. This is an OLD recipe, but despite how the photos look, it is absolutely delicious!

I love all of the pumpkin recipes. Pumpkin is one of my favorite flavors and I always look forward to this time of the year and all the new recipe ideas.

I want to make the No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake! It sounds easy and delicious and I love making my Caramel Apples with the kids this time of year. So yummy!
