Thanks for the giveaway! I love Cheerios in any form, and when I’m looking for something sweet in the afternoon, a handful of honey nut cheerios usually does the trick. I need to try the Multigrain cheerios now!
My change for 2011 is to lose 30 pounds that I’ve let creep on over the years. I could still stand to lose 30 more after that, but I’m trying to break it up! I’m looking at it in 10 pound increments. For me, it’s easier to tackle losing 10 pounds than 60, or even 30.
My 13 year old daughter and I have started walking 2 miles a day. Me, to burn some calories and her, to get in shape. We’re also using it as a Knowledge Value Project in the Personal Progress program.

One change I’ve made for this year (although I’ve been trying for months) is to not worry. Worry just makes you stress out more and it accomplishes nothing but putting unnecessary stress and tension in your body. I think worrying is unhealthy to your mind and body.
