I have tried many cole slaw recipes over the years and this is definitely on my list of favorites. I searched for a coleslaw that would compliment buffalo chicken for Superbowl weekend, and this was the perfect solution!

The grapes and blue cheese in this cole slaw add a surprisingly delightful tangy sweet flavor. I loved it!

  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

I love coleslaw but I’m so picky about it. Everything in this sounds so yummy though! The blue cheese means my husband won’t eat it but oh well… more for me!
