Crest Pro-Health Wrap Up

Thursday, October 7, 2010 by Lolli 1 Comment

About a month ago, I received a bottle of Crest Pro Health Complete Rinse along with a challenge to use it twice a day for 4 weeks. I wrote about my fears of going to the dentist and jumped into the challenge with both feet. I have been a faithful mouthwash user for several years, after discovering that mouthwash could loosen up and get rid of the plaque that plagued me (and that was so hard for brushing alone to get rid of). Once I started I couldn’t look back. Despite the fact that I was not raised with mouthwash, it’s a staple in our home.

My kids like using mouthwash, too, but the younger ones, especially, complain about the strong alcohol taste. Crest Pro Health Complete Rinse has been perfect for them because it doesn’t have the alcohol burn. It’s much more mild on the taste-buds, but still strong on the plaque and germs and cavities that we are trying to avoid.

Crest Pro Health Complete Rinse Here are some facts about Crest Pro-Health Complete:
•Crest Pro-Health Complete contains fluoride to help prevent cavities and strengthen enamel.

•Crest Pro-Health Complete strengthens your teeth, cleans your mouth and fights bad breath – all without the burn of alcohol!

• Works with brushing to provide comprehensive tooth care and helps you get a better dental check-up through the use of fluoride

•Crest Pro-Health Complete provides six benefits in one and helps users achieve a better checkup at their next dental visit by strengthening teeth and helping to prevent cavities.

  1. Re-builds enamel
  2. Helps prevent cavities
  3. Cleans teeth & gums
  4. Kills bad breath germs
  5. Freshens breath
  6. Without the burn of alcohol

• Suggested Retail Price: $4.59 (500mL) $5.89 (1L)

Now that we’ve come to the end of the month-long challenge, I feel more confident, not because my habits have been changed, necessarily, but because I am more aware that I am doing everything I can (short of going off candy, maybe) to ensure my dental health. And that confidence feels good.

Now I just need to hear that from my dentist….

Disclosure: I wrote this review while participating in a test drive campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Crest and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.
