Dull (or not) Wordless Wednesday

Tuesday, February 8, 2011 by Lolli 40 Comments

Dull:
(every single pencil in my house -no exaggeration- before I got my new, fabulous and fancy pencil sharpener)

dull pencils
dull pencils
dull pencils
Not dull:
(Lisa from Mommyality and a Daily Pinch among other ventures and adventures)

Lisa @Daily_Pinch and Lolli @1momof5

Lisa and I met up at Panera Bread on Tuesday and (can I tell you?) she was so much fun, so down to earth, and SUCH a rocking social media genius. Yep, definitely NOT dull.

Every night my kids pull out a pencil from my office. They sharpen it. They do their homework. They eat the eraser. They leave the pencil on the floor, and then the dog chews it into oblivion.

    Every. single. night.

Oh yes, we’ve burned through several sharpeners. And we have a tendency to break and lose the cheapo ones, too. LOL!

The day that I bought the pencil sharpener, my kids went to town on ALL 157 pencils in the house, and I presented them proudly to my husband when he came home (since he’s always complaining about the broken pencils)
