I have so much I’d love to share about my weekend in Pennsylvania for the Philly Bloggy Bootcamp, but the details will have to wait. While I was making the final touches on my Powerpoint presentation in Mommy’s Still Fabulous’ basement, my sister was delivering her brand new baby girl. Since I was already away from the family, I figured an extra few hours on the trip home wouldn’t hurt anyone….and I made a stop at the hospital to visit my sister and my newest niece.
This little girl was a little over a month early, but she is doing amazing. She is perfect in every way, and I already adore her. Plus, my sister looks fabulous. Holding my new niece and chatting with my beaming sister and brother in law were definitely the icing on the cake of a fantastic weekend.
Now if they can just come up with a name for her….

She is so beautiful! Does she have a name yet? Your sister looks like a baby. I have seen so many young girls this week. I feel jealous. : ( Love, OLD Becky
Your niece is adorable. What a blessing to an AMAZING weekend. So glad that we were able to sit, chat and become friends! :)
Blessings.
I have one of those picture… still in my camera, undownloaded. Oops. :)
Oh — I must stop looking at these! Makes me think I need another!
your pictures are beautiful and that is so fun that you got to see here while you were already out of town. The luck of her being a month early is crazy.
WOW – now that’s one exciting weekend! It was great meeting you this weekend – and that presentation was fantastic.
Especially the hand-out, I love how it’s small enough to fit in my camera bag!
What gorgeous pics. Nothing sweeter than a brand spankin new baby. The one of your sister and babe is precious.
These photos are amazing!! I am so lucky you stopped by! It was wonderful having our little one meet her aunt!
She’s beautiful!!!
I might have to take you up on that someday. I never got to see the city, except on the way to the freeway. ;)
The collages are done with moirai compositor in Photoshop (I won it from I Heart Faces recently). The frames are done with an action (also in photoshop) form the Album Cafe. I love them both!
She was amazing for being so early. What a blessing!
I could have sworn I responded to this last night, yet there’s nothing here this morning. Hmm. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that my camera problem was fixed. Now I just need to hunt down all those pictures of me form Saturday night. They’re scattered all over the place!
Thanks!! Newborns are tough to photograph, but she was very cooperative! Now I’m an aunt 6 times over!
It worked out so perfectly! It was a great day. :)
Thanks for stopping in for a visit! :) It was nice to talk during lunch!
Congratulations on the new addition to your family:-)
Gorgeous… so glad you could take the photos!
And you can visit any time. It was my pleasure to host!
She is just beautiful.
How do you make the collages? I love the torn paper background.
I love taking pictures of newborns and babies!! It’s so fun!! And she’s adorable. Congrats on becoming an Auntie!!
Ah!! She’s BEAUTIFUL! Congrats you guys! And that’s so cool that you got to see her!
Congrats! Beautiful photos and a lovely site! I sat next to you at Bloggy Boot Camp at lunch. I’m the foodie.
She is beautiful. Congrats!!!
I am so happy for your family! She is so beautiful! She looks so great for being early! What an amazing “icing” on your weekend!
Great meeting you as well!
She is beautiful! I’m so thankful that the fresh battery fixed your camera this morning because those photos are stunning. I hate to think that you would have missed them!
