I’m on my way back home after and amazing week at my mom and dad’s house with two of my girls. Yesterday, I moved my second daughter into her new apartment out here (many, many states away!) and I’m mourning the fact that when I get home, she won’t be living there anymore. It’s an exciting time for her, but a sad time for me. She’s quite an asset to our home, and we’re going to miss her presence there.
But back to Delicious Dishes…this week we’ve gathered some amazing zucchini recipes for you to try. I LOVE zucchini bread (I’m salivating just thinking about it!) and the savory zucchini dishes are making my tummy rumble. My mom used to make a zucchini bake when I was a kid that was one of my favorite veggie dishes ever.
