25 Recipes That Use Hard-Boiled Eggs

Saturday, April 19, 2014 by Lolli 1 Comment

Did you dye hard-boiled eggs for Easter with your kids this week like we did? And now…do you have a fridge full of hard-boiled eggs and don’t know what to do with them?

I love eating hard-boiled eggs. The kids prefer to just peel and eat hard cooked eggs with a little salt. I like to use them as an ingredient some of my favorite dishes or to whip up a batch of deviled eggs. I’ve featured a few of those favorite recipes here on the blog, and I thought it would be fun to ask a few of my blogging friends if they had any favorite recipes using hard cooked eggs that they would like to share on a Spring Egg Recipe Round-up.

You’ll never have to wonder what to do with all of those Easter Eggs again…
