Utah’s Shakespeare Festival {PSF – Give Me Your Best Shot}

Thursday, August 15, 2013 by Lolli 3 Comments

My mom, daughter Necco and I finished a busy but wonderful day at the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City, Utah. We caught a sold-out matinee of Peter and the Starcatcher (obviously not a Shakespeare play, but hilariously amazing) and then after an early dinner headed back to the festival for the Greenshow, pictured below. It was a short performance, but SO MUCH FUN. Song and dance, a cute story, and the best weather ever. All 3 of us would have enjoyed several more hours relaxing on the grass, eating fresh berry tarts and chatting.

Today we’re hiking and exploring Zion’s National Park with some old friends (Necco is more excited to see her friend from long ago that she is about seeing the sites!).

More from the road later!

What’s your favorite Shakepeare play?

No fancy stuff this week…but please link up your Photostory Friday and Give Me Your Best Shot posts (any pictures you took this past week….time to show them off!).

    my in-laws used to live in Parowan and loved to attend the Shakespeare festival. One year they took my kids and Cody came home with a Peter Pan type hat that he wore everywhere. Ive never been myself, though.

    It must be real fun watch these live shows and if its a musical comedy, then nothing like it.
