Boating on the Potomac River #WW

Wednesday, September 3, 2014 by Lolli 7 Comments

We never have been that adventurous…but this summer’s time away has changed that.

On Labor Day, after a few hours of thrilling house cleaning, we drove out to the Potomac River and did a little boating. Other than the fact that the air was stale and muggy and hot, the afternoon and evening were beautiful and the kids had a blast. I’m thinking we need to re-do this day when the weather is a little more pleasant, don’t you think?

What a fun time even though weather was a little too hot and muggy. The pictures are great, the last one is beautiful.
