Trolls is out in theaters and the kids and I are SO excited! I’m excited to offer a fun Trolls prize pack to celebrate the opening of the film in theaters. You know what makes me the most excited about seeing Trolls in the theater? The music! I love that so many talented musicians have collaborated on this film, and I’ve loved everything I’ve heard so far (I’m thinking about downloading the soundtrack before I’ve even seen the movie!). Keep reading to see whose voices and original songs you’ll hear in Trolls!

About TROLLS

From the creators of Shrek comes DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls, a smart, funny and irreverent comedy about the search for happiness, and just how far some will go to get it. This hilarious film transports audiences to a colorful, wondrous world populated by the overly optimistic Trolls, who have a constant dance in their step and a song on their lips, and the comically pessimistic Bergens, who are only happy when they have trolls in their stomachs.

After the Bergens invade Troll Village, Poppy (Kendrick), the happiest Troll ever born, and the overly-cautious curmudgeonly Branch (Timberlake) set off on a journey to rescue her friends. Together, this mismatched duo embarks on a rescue mission full of adventure and mishaps – trying to tolerate each other long enough to get the job done.

Utilizing music to further the film’s narrative, the Trolls soundtrack is produced by Justin Timberlake and features five original songs including songs by Justin Timberlake, Ariana Grande, Anna Kendrick and Gwen Stefani, in addition to a number of classic hits from the ‘60s through the ‘80s.

Sun-Maid Partners with Trolls

Sun-Maid has partnered with DreamWorks Animation to give away 5,000 pairs of movie tickets, and a home town screening of Trolls. Sun-Maid released special packaging featuring Trolls character stickers and special Trolls character boxes. Sun-Maid also introduced 3 brand-new Trolls-inspired raisin recipes: Poppy’s Perfect Tea Cakes, Hair-Sterical Cupcakes, and Guy Diamond’s Very Special Popcorn Mix!

  1. I am excited to see it because my 38 grown up friend, who has great disdain for children’s movies, really liked it. She doesn’t even like Finding Dory, so she is tough to please. I want to take my son, Alex, who is 8, and my daughter, Emma, who is 7.

  10. I saw Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick on The Graham Norton Show, talking about Trolls, and I knew right then I had to see the movie. They also showed a clip, which was really cute. My usual movie partner is my spouse, so I hope he’ll want to see it, too.

  11. I am super excited to see this movie with all three of my kiddo’s because it looks like an adorable, funny movie! I also love that it looks like a family friendly movie that spans the ages so the whole family can enjoy!
