Dog Days of Winter Break – Wordless Wednesday

Tuesday, January 1, 2013 by Lolli 17 Comments

I do realize that by definition, “Dog Days” of Winter Break doesn’t make any sense…but the last week of OUR Winter Break really have been dog days as we’ve taken on my sister’s two chihuahua puppies.

Other than the mouse that Pudge decided to bring into the house on Sunday morning and a couple of warm puddles Ace has left us (discovered twice by bare feet), our week with the pups has been so much fun!

Twizzler has taken charge of the dogs, and I love how he has risen to the responsibility. It almost makes me want to consider getting a dog of our own.

But only almost.

I’m cracking up that I wrote puddings instead of puddles. Same idea, though, I suppose! lol

Happy New Year to you, too! I’ve had the kids home to help with the dogs every day but now that they’re in school again, I’m reminded of how much work they really are!

Happy New Year to you, too! Luckily, the puppies aren’t mine. I’m just dog-sitting for my sister. :) They’re cute but a handful!
